tomcat probe max restarts after following document 270403

Issue/Introduction

I followed the following document:

and now the tomcat probe fails to start with max restarts

Environment

Release : 20.4
Component: tomcat probe

Cause

This can happen if a java directory other than the nimsoft java directory is used during installation of the probe.

Resolution

Delete and then reinstall the tomcat probe. Use the default directory that is provided during installation:

Once reinstalled document 270403 can be followed to resolve the connection issue.
