Process Instance Fails With Error: File load in memory failed

Issue/Introduction

A process that reads XML file fails with error:

[FILE]2023-07-20T09:58:382 File load in memory failed. 489/018/TEST.xml /fs0/clarity1/share/clarity/Files/489/018/18489316 -- org.apache.commons.jelly.JellyTagException: null:237:77: <gel:parse> /fs0/clarity1/share/clarity/Files/489/018/18489316 (No such file or directory)"

 

Environment

Release : 16.0.3

Resolution

1. Ensure that the file does exist in the filestore.

2. Check if job(Index contents and documents for searches) is  scheduled and completing.

3. Re-try the process to see if error can be reproduced. 

If not, restart the APP and BG services.

Run the following commands:
admin search recreate-index-files
admin search recreate-index-data
