Where is the license key imported into the IGA product?

Issue/Introduction

We have recently extended our support contract. We received an e-mail  saying license keys need to be updated. 

What are the tools we need to import the new license and for Identity Manager, Identity Portal & Siteminder.

There is no import of a license file into the IGA suite or Siteminder products.
