How to use PAPI, to publish an API from the API Gateway and assign them to an organization?

Environment

API portal 5.2

Resolution

Create the API on the GW and add the assertion 'set as portal managed service'. Now, the API is in unpublished state on the API portal.

Add the EULA to the API by using PUT call of the API (in PAPI) and pass the existing EULA ID and once the EULA is updated, we can update the organization.
