Issue/Introduction

Is Cross Enterprise Release Agent 10.5x compatible with Application Performance Management(APM)? If so, what base release?

Release : 10.8

Resolution

Cross-Enterprise Manager 10.5 is compatible with 10.7 sp3 and 10.8, but not certified for DX APM base next generation as 20.1 and 21.2.

As Cross Enterprise Release Agent 10.5x  is an old mainframe integration with APM, it will be supported until the End of the Life of each product.
In this case, it will be supported until End of Life of APM 10.7 sp3, 10.8 or Cross Enterprise Release Agent 10.5x. While the components are live, the integration will be supported, If one of the components enters in out of support, then it will be discontinued and you must upgrade to Sisview integration.
