Timeline view not auto-refreshing when adding assignments

Issue/Introduction

When adding assignments into child tasks in the timeline view, auto-refresh is not working (e.g: ETC, Assigned Resources... are not refreshed).

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a new project with a team member.
2. Navigate to the project tasks module and open the Timeline View.
3. Add a new task.
4. Right-click on the task and Insert Child. In the Details flyout, add the team member as an assignment.

Expected Results: After the assignment is added, both child and parent task values (such as ETC, Assigned Resources...) are refreshed.

Actual Results: After the assignment is added, both child and parent task values (such as ETC, Assigned Resources...) are refreshed. If a sibling task (from the child task) is added, the summary task values are refreshed, but not the child task values.
