Masking Flat Files with TDM Portal

Issue/Introduction

We want to know the steps to take for masking flat files in TDM Portal. Could you please provide the documentation that you have?

Environment

Release : TDM Portal 4.11

Resolution

The TDM documentation isn't very clear regarding the masking of Flat files.  The supported Flat Files, can be found at Supported Data Sources, under the Non-Relational Data Sources section.

TDM Portal only supports Data Generation for Flat Files at this time. You can make a call via the REST API, and have it use the FDM masking configuration (CSV) file and options file, but masking of Flat Files must be configured in FDM and not Portal.
