Update WebPulse categories in Symantec Management Center to reflect updated list

Issue/Introduction

As an administrator, I would like to know how to update the Management Center (MC) WebPulse category list for shared objects. 

Resolution

• Login to the Management Center
• Navigate to shared object from Configuration > Shared Object.
• Click on the stacked disk icon, on the right side top, called "Manage Category source" shown in the screenshot below 
  
  

• Click the "Download Now" option as shown below
  
  

 

Once downloaded, MC will have the latest categories. Make sure that the Management Center is connected to the internet in order to get the data.
