MUX - Staffing Module "Resource Manager" Inaccurate

Issue/Introduction

When using the Staffing module's "Allocation By Resource" the "Resource Manager" option is not returning accurate results. "Manager (Resource)" is more accurate. What is the expected results for "Resource Manager" based on?

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 

1. Access the Staffing module in the MUX
2. Ensure you are using "Allocations By Resource"
3. Add a filter "Resource Manager = *user*

Expected Results: 

It should return results based on the Resource Manager selected

Actual Results:

The results aren't filtered correctly. Using "Manager (Resource)" works as expected.

NOTE: A large dataset appears necessary to reproduce this.

Resolution

Improvements are being introduced in 16.1.3 that will avoid this problem.
