UIM - Operator Console exported PDF time is different than real time.

Issue/Introduction

Metric reports generated in the Operator Console show different timestamps than the real-time. You can notice this issue after the DST change: 

 

 

 

Environment

Release : 20.4.x

Cause

JRE was not picking the DST changes (useDaylight=false) , because Egyptian Government has restored DST (starting in April and ending in October) In March 2023 only.

 

Resolution

In ..jre/lib folder tzdb.dat directory was old (the year 2022).

You have to manually update the latest tzdb.dat file (in case the server has no internet connectivity).

An alternative option is to use a java tzupdater tool to update the DB. You can find more details on below URL:
