snmpcollector not triggering snmp profile failure state alarms

Issue/Introduction

We have a sensitive network environment and we are trying to check if snmpcollector/pollagent could generate Profile failure state alarms when the snmp check for the device has a failure/issue.
If this is supposed to work out of the box, its currently not working in our environment.

Environment

• snmpcollector version: 4.13
• robot version: 23.4
• UIM version: 23.4

Resolution

The snmpcollector probe doesn't generate profile failure alarms if the profile is in a failure state.
