Hierarchy Canvas module table widget - Export to Pdf shows 'Loading Data... Please wait'

Issue/Introduction

When exporting to PDF a Hierarchy Canvas with a table widget that contains a large number of Investments and a number of Grand Total columns, the PDF preview hangs with 'Loading Data... Please wait'

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Create a Hierarchy Blueprint (Can make a copy of the Standard Investment Hierarchy blueprint).
2. Edit the new Blueprint and on the Modules tab, click on the 'New Canvas' link
3. Enable all Objects on the New Canvas
4. Create a new Investment Hierarchy and associate it with the new Blueprint.
5. Click on the new Hierarchy and on the Investment tab, Import around 20 Projects into the Hierarchy. 
6. Click on the New Canvas tab of the Hierarchy and click on the Configure button.
7. Drag a Table widget onto the Canvas and give it a name and select Investments as the Target Object.     
8. Add the following Columns to the table:
   Investment:
     - Name, Investment ID
   Hierarchical:
     - Parent, Level
   Grand Totals:
     - Actual Cost, Budget COst, PLanned Cost, Actual Capital Cost, Budget Capital Cost

9. Click Done on the table widget and Done in the top right of the canvas.  
10. With the table Widget displayed, click the 'Export to PDF' button.

Expected Results: 
The PDF Preview of the canvas with the table widget is displayed.

Actual Results:
The PDF Preview of the table shows 'Loading Data... Please wait'
