Staffing Grid: Totals for Remaining Availability is summing all rows. Should be static number

Issue/Introduction

SUMMARY: When using remaining availabity the value is the same for each investment the resource is associated with as availability is a static number.
When the Totals for Remaining Availability is used, the total is aggregating all the instances instead of using the static number.

STR:

1. On the Staffing Grid add Totals - Remaining Availability

2. Filter for a specific resource and make sure they have at least a few lines of investments

3. Check the Totals: Remaining Availability

   
Expected Results:  Totals: Remaining Availability matches the values below which are all the same.

Actual Results:  Totals: Remaining Availability is summing all the rows below it.

Workaround:  Using the hamburger on that field change the Value Aggregation to Average

Resolution

After engineering review the totals for Remaining Availability will be incorrect as this is a limitation of the current design.
