Error: "Usage Error 10010: Can not open image file. The system can not find the path specified" when deploying an Image

Issue/Introduction

When deploying an image to a new Alienware computer the following error is seen:

Usage Error 10010
Can not open image file. The system can not find the path specified

Environment

GSS 3.x

Resolution

A few things to check are:

1. This can also be caused by an OEM partition:
   The issue can be caused in some scenarios were the OEM Recovery partition was mounting to the same drive letter as the drive with the image file, causing GSS to not be able to locate the folder. You can resolve it by changing the drive letter that your image mounts too. See KB article Ghost support for Windows systems loaded with OEM media
   
   
2. The image path has spaces in one of the folder names. For example: D:\MyImages\Fall2023\Final Syspreped\Dell
   Remove the space on the folder name: D:\MyImages\Fall2023\FinalSyspreped\Dell
