Issue/Introduction

Unable to delete process instances that have errored out.

Unable to delete process instances that have errored out.

Error 500 - Internal Server Error. The server could not retrieve the document due to server-configuration or other technical problems. Contact your site administrator.

 

Unable to delete process instances in case process definition needs to be modified.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Select either or both of the process instances that have errored out.
2. Click Delete button
 

Expected: Process instances should be able to be deleted.
Actual: Process instances not able to be deleted.

Release : 16.1.2

Cause

Upon opening each pair of instances that errored out, they both have the same instance ID.

Resolution

This is reported as DE70966 and since issue STR is unknown, please open a case with Support to seek and delete the duplication.
