One of our processes has not sending notification reminders post upgrade

Issue/Introduction

We have a process which stopped sending notification email to the users. From last three weeks it is the same scenario. In the processes logs we didnt get any error.

Release : 16.1.2

Resolution

As per the investigation it was identified that one of your main queries in the GEL script that feeds the data was not returning any data so customer had to review and correct that query.
