Can user view custom investment id added to the staff page of that investment?

Issue/Introduction

If a resource is added to staff page of custom investment, would they be able to view that custom investment? Would they get the view access rights automatically?

Environment

Release : 16.0.3

Resolution

When adding a user to Staff on Custom Investment it does not give them any priviledge to view this investment and no auto rights assigned.
