Session execution graph not showing correct filtered Uproc list in Job Monitoring

Issue/Introduction

In UVC, when clicking on "Session Execution Graph" on a particular Session where some Uprocs are executed as well on some other Sessions, the Job Monitoring list displayed don't correspond to the Session that was being selected, but to some other Uprocs belong to other sessions as seen below:
