CA Privileged Access Manager - Server Control (PAMSC)

Issue/Introduction

Sometimes, due to errors or communications failures, SC policy deployments initiated in PAM remain in status QUEUED or FAILED in the PAM SC Policy GUI

These deployments may no longer be relevant and they are preventing a better view of the relevant information

The question comes whether there is any way to clear them from the queue, in a similar way as the dmsmgr -cleanup -deployment command in PAM SC

Environment

CA PAM 4.1.X

Resolution

As of version 4.1.3 there is no way to cleanup deployments or policies from the PAM GUI, even if they are obsolete

If this is required, please contact Broadcom Support as it may be done by accessing the appliances via ssh
