View - SJ & ST commands not working.

Issue/Introduction

Though we:

 . Applied View 14.0 PTF LU08429

 . Added 18 to the SARINIT FEATURE

 . Changed value of RESUBJCL to 'YES' 

wen attempting the "SJ" command, we get the message "Unable to display JCL". 

We are a JES3 facility and have the SARSECUX exit. 

We tried without the exit and we get the same message.  

Also tried the "ST" command and we get the message "No step information". 

When I use the  "?" command, the appropriate output shows below:

JOB ---> <Job Name>    Jobid ---> <Job Id>

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
When SJ and ST Selection Option is used on the SYSOUT or JOB archived using
View archival task running under JES3 or JES3plus the following short message
is displayed :
       SJ - Unable to display JCL.
       ST - No step information.
 
Note: ST Selection Option works only in the JOB mode.
 
SYMPTOMS:
SJ Selection Option displays the short message "Unable to display JCL".
ST Selection Option displays the short message "No step information".
 
IMPACT:
Unable to use SJ and ST Selection Option.
 
CIRCUMVENTION:
None.
