Issue/Introduction

How do I check if my AppNeta Monitoring point's Serial Number (SN or S/N) has an active contract?

Resolution

AppNeta Serial Numbers can be reviewed by checking the My Entitlement Page:

https://support.broadcom.com/group/ecx/products

1. Visit the above link, and paste the Serial number.  If nothing is found, you may need to remove the checkmark from Active to review non-active S/Ns.

 

2.  Once discovered, you can expand the sections below to review the information, including Contract Details, Entitlement Details and Product Details
