SARINIT option Feature=1 not displaying messages

Issue/Introduction

Set FEATURE=1 in SARINIT options  to enable the Security Racroute WTO to provide informational messages to help diagnose security problems but no messages are being generated at the User Terminal 

User is accessing Ca View via TSO.

Resolution

Whether SARINIT FEATURE=1 messages appear in a user's TSO address space depends on a setting in the ISPF profile for the user.

Check the ISPF  Profile setting for the WTPMSG/NOWTPMSG Operand

Setting WTPMSG will place messages on the screen.                   
Setting NOWTPMSG sends the messages to the user's TSO address space or the XMS (Cross Memory address space) if CA View is accessed via XMS.
