Issue/Introduction

As a non-sighted user using JAWS, the Custom Master Object 'View' selector does not get announced by JAWS, and the tab sequencing is not apparent / not correct.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to Clarity as a non-sighted user, using JAWS / Chrome / Windows.
2. Navigate to MUX / Custom Master Objects / (Requests)
3. CMO (requests) get displayed.
4. Using the TAB key, tab across the items above the list of CMOs. Through Search..., Filter... Board... Grid... Show Widgets ...
5. TAB once more

Expected Results:
'View' drop-down box is selected/highlighted and announced in JAWS

Actual Results:
Caret focus moves from Show Widgets to the 'Save' button, skipping over the 'View' selector, unannounced. A non-sighted user will not know the View selector is even there.

Workaround:
None
