Can I build a PAM process that will send alerts when the PAM processes queued?

Issue/Introduction

We are facing problem like whenever PAM operations/processes going to queue we are unable to get an alert
We want to build an alert process for the same to quick response and solution...is that possible?

Resolution

That would need some new feature in PAM which requires source code change.

The process queueing is the designed feature of PAM that if PAM is temporarily busy new processes will be queued and then will be processed later. And you can see that you can't design some custom process to monitor the queue as either the custom process itself will be queued or you have some process running forever which is not recommended.

How often the processes are queued? and usually how long they are queued? and during this time do you see some resource issue on pam nodes like close to 100% cpu or very high memory usage?

to make sure the env is configured properly. If needed, now nodes(orchestrators and/or agents) can be added to share the workload.
