PMImport's download task is failing to download the pmimport.cab file and the following is found in the Notification Server logs:
Description: Failed to process cab file http://www.solutionsam.com/imports/7_1/patch/windows/pmimport.cab : An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.
Release: 8.x
The network security was tightened so much that the pmimport.cab (and likely other files) could not be downloaded.
Confirmed that the network had been configured to not allow the pmimport.cab from downloading and when the "deny" was removed the pmimport.cab file was able to download.
