PMImport's download task is failing to download the pmimport.cab file and the following is found in the Notification Server logs:
Description: Download failed for 'http://www.solutionsam.com/imports/7_1/patch/windows/pmimport.cab'
There is not enough space on the disk.

Nearly out of disk space on the configured drives.
Confirmed and resolved the disk space issues on the affected drive.
