PMImport's download task is failing to download the pmimport.cab file and the following is found in the Notification Server logs:
Description: Download failed for 'http://www.solutionsam.com/imports/7_1/patch/windows/pmimport.cab'
There is not enough space on the disk.
ITMS 8.x
The Notification Servers configured drives were nearly out of disk space.
Confirmed and resolved the disk space issues on the affected drive of the Notification Server.
