DX UIM - very high cdm interface discards percentages

Issue/Introduction

Since activating the CDM (default) alarm policy for Interface Discards we are getting a lot of those alarms:

13:57 CEST Mon 15 May 2023 Interface Discards % (In) on Discarded Inbound Packets for XXXXXX is at 9XX6.01 %.
14:12 CEST Mon 15 May 2023 Interface Discards % (In) on Discarded Inbound Packets for XXXXXX is at 60X1.87 %.
14:57 CEST Mon 15 May 2023 Interface Discards % (In) on Discarded Inbound Packets for XXXXXX is at 14XX9.50 %.

The percentages are so high (some over 4000 percent). Meanwhile, the systems have no performance issues, nor are there any reports from VMware.

This issue is tracked and will be addressed under the following feature F136434.

We have planned it for the next quarter.

What's New:

• Third-party library version upgrades: openssl 1.1.1t to 3.0.10
• Fixed Defects: Fixed an issue where the probe was sending very high interface discard percentage values and went over 100%.
