Unable to upgrade IAM workpoint designer

Issue/Introduction

We have recently upgraded to 14.4 CP2 from 14.3 CP3.so while trying to open the workpoint designer getting below error:

java.rmi.RemoteException: Attempt failed to retrieve authorization options from server. Error was Exception returned from the HTTPPostMessage send.
Error code = 1
Error message = ServerConfigService.getAuthOptions() returned java.lang.Exception. Error message = Your Workpoint client version 3.5.2 does not match the current Workpoint server version 4.50. Please switch to a client version that matches the server!

Environment

Release : 14.4 CP2

Cause

14.4 Was released with 4.40 Workpoint.

14.4 CP2 was released with 4.50 Workpoint.

Resolution

You will need to download the standalone 14.4 Identity Manager CP2 package.

Replace old Workpoint files with new ones from CP-TOOLS-1442.tar\CP-TOOLS-1442\tools\Workpoint
