Automatically logout when upload the certificate file for SSL Visibility Appliance.

Issue/Introduction

To upload External Certificate for SSL Visibility Appliance(SSLV) via GUI.
However, it certificate upload process failed by Upload Error and it pop up indicated "User not logged in" then admin user automatically logout.
Or no pop up suddenly logout in certificate upload process.

Environment

Release : 4.5.11.1

Resolution

Please confirm your DNS setting is correct or DNS server is working good.
During the certificate upload SSLV is send reverse DNS lookup for DNS server.
Timeout and logout automatically issue will be occur if this reverse DNS lookup is fail.
