Linux Hub installation is failing

Issue/Introduction

We are trying to install the hub on new hub server( Rhel 8.8). But we are receiving the below error and hub is not starting.

Jul 13 09:49:35:023 0 nimldr: No connection to Hub:communication error
Jul 13 09:49:36:023 0 nimldr: nimCharsetAutoConvert() -- can't determine source encoding
Jul 13 09:49:36:023 0 nimldr: nimSessionNew - _probeCheckin failed - communication error
Jul 13 09:49:36:023 0 nimldr: nimCharsetAutoConvert() -- can't determine source encoding
Jul 13 09:49:36:024 0 nimldr: nimSessionNew - _probeCheckin failed - communication error

Environment

Release :UIM 20.4.x

RHEL 8.8

Resolution

On enabling nimldr debug we see below error messages

hub was being installed with 9.30 version of installers 

Reinstalled with newer versions of nimldr and install_linux 9.37 and the hub installation was successful
