After upgrading to Harvest 14.0.2 from 14.0.0 users were not able to login into the Administrator tool
After restarting the broker, authentication is successful.
This happens every morning.
Reinstalling the Administrator tool did not resolve the issue.
All Harvest processes appear to be running when the logins fail
We tried removing this entry from hbroker.arg
-dirserver=/opt/CA/scm/bin/
Netstat on the broker machine at the time of the issue shows active connections
Release : 14.0.2
In the odbc home directory, we added the following line to odbc.ini
KeepAlive=1
The issue never reoccurred afterwards.
