Modern UX throwing Fiscal Period Doesn't Exist on Staff Module

Issue/Introduction

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 

1. Login to Clarity Classic UI, Navigate to Administration -> Setup -> Entities -> <Entity Name> -> Fiscal Time Periods.
2. Create Weekly fiscal time periods from 2007 to 2028, one year at a time.
3. Activate the newly created fiscal time periods.
4. Login to Modern UX. 
6. Create a Project starting from Jan 2021 to Dec 2027. Assign resources to the project.
7. In the Staff Module click on view options -> Select Periods as "WEEKLY" -> Select Start Period as "Start of current year" -> Select Finish Period as "End of Current Year".
8. For Per - Period Metrics, select "Allocation", "Actuals".
9. Logout of Clarity.
10. Login to Clarity and Navigate to Project -> Staff Module.

Expected Results :- Per Period Metrics are loaded according to the selected parameters
Actual Results :- User Receives an error "Fiscal Periods of the requested period type for the plan duration do not exist"
