Advanced Reporting URL Showing Instead Of Clarity Advanced Reporting Home

Issue/Introduction

When going to Clarity > Home > Advanced Reporting
"Invalid Credentials" is displayed and the Jaspersoft Report URL that is in the CSA > Reporting is being presented to the user.
Therefore, it displays the login page.

When  going to Classic UI > Home > Advanced  Reporting       , instead of going to Clarity Jaspersoft content, it goes to the 
Advanced Reporting URL xxxxxxx/reportservice

 

Environment

Release : 16.1.1

Resolution

Review the browser tools HAR traffic content, and check if there is a
302 redirect error.

https://community.jaspersoft.com/wiki/f5-load-balancer-and-tomcat-302-error

Based on the information above, the issue is at the load balancer.

Review the issue with the load balancer team, and request to remove any rule that causing the issue.
