What the different errors we might get in the staging tables (To Clarity/To Rally tabs) so we can tell them how to resolve them if Broadcom has anything already documented on how to resolve errors.

List of known synchronization errors we might get in the staging tables.

- Planned Start and Planned Finish dates are missing from the Portfolio Item
After configuring the integration and running the initial Synchronize Mapped Information Job the Rally object is imported over to Clarity and Start/Finish dates are automatically populated in Clarity (using the Clarity object defaults). On the second run of the Sync job, user may see the last sync status field in Clarity grid show 'failed in Clarity' if the Planned Start and Planned Finish dates are missing from the feature in Rally.
Resolution: Updates the Planned Start/Planned Finish dates on the Rally object, the sync status feedback will show that portfolio items are successfully created.

- CMN-0009: Attribute 'xxxxxxx' has invalid Lookup Value '000000'
Adding required rights to the resource allows the Parent record to be created. Without correct rights the Integration is unable to update the table which causes the error. You can map and synchronize to map and synchronize Clarity’s Parent field values to Rally’s Parent field values. This ensures that whenever you update the parent values in Clarity or Rally the changes are synchronized between both systems. Hence, when you use the Auto-Import Children option in Hierarchies, you can see the latest relationship between various investments in your organization.
