What Firmware/BIOS settings need to be adjusted to allow iPXE boot of Lenovo Thinkpad L15 Gen 3?

Environment

Deployment Solution 8.x

Ghost Solution Suite 3.x

Cause

Certain makes/models of computers require Firmware/BIOS settings adjustments to allow successful iPXE/PXE boot

Resolution

During iPXE troubleshooting it has been determined that the following settings in Firmware/BIOS for Lenovo Thinkpad L15 Gen 3 need to be adjusted to allow for a successful iPXE boot:

Memory protection - Set to 'disabled'
AMD V(TM) Technology -  Set to 'disabled'

Note:
It is not pointfix but a new version available that you may want to consider for an updated 64-bit ipxe.efi (ipxe v1.21.1+) binaries signed by Microsoft:
"updated 64-bit ipxe.efi (ipxe v1.21.1+) binaries" (KB 280113)
