Client throwing JAVA error during RDP session

Issue/Introduction

When a PAM End User is attempting to RDP to a Windows server, they get the following error:

 

Environment

Release : 4.1.1 - 4.1.2

Resolution

Upgrade to PAM 4.1.3 or open up a support case to be delivered hotfixes to resolve the issue.

Additional Information

Workaround:  use RDP Proxy instead of our internal applet
