Issue/Introduction

Is there a way to mention Team-type resources in the Clarity MUX conversations?

When trying to mention a Team-type resource on a conversation, this does not display

Resolution

On the MUX Conversations, you can either notify a name resource by using the @named_resource or everyone who is a member of the Staff tab by using the @Staff

Clarity allows us to notify active and locked users. The team-type resource is not an user and therefore is excluded

For a functionality change, an idea can be submitted
