Service Point-Search bar on "Your ticket has been submitted" screen does not work.

Issue/Introduction
The Search bar shown just after a ticket is submitted via Service Point does not work.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
- Log into Service Point using a user account with Employee Role and submit/create a ticket.
"Your ticket has been submitted!" screen is displayed.
- On the shown "Your ticket has been submitted" screen, type any keyword in Search bar and hit the Enter key to search for it.
Nothing is displayed. Search function does not work.
Environment
CA Service Desk Manager 17.3 and 17.4
Resolution
Problem fix in 17.3 RU23 and 17.4 RU1
Workaround: Click on "Explore more" and go back to the Home screen, the Search bar starts to work.
