When installing the Service Desk Manager, the following error message appears on the Integration step.

If the command sql_check_db (e.g. sql_check_db -c -s [EXAMPLE SDM SERVER]) is executed on the SDM server, the following error comes up.
ERROR: AHD50072: Unable to log in to SQL Server
Release : 17.3, SQL2019 (running on a separate machine from a SDM server)
Only Microsoft SQL Management Studio was installed on the SDM server. SQLCMD utility and SQL Client Tool need to be installed on the SDM server too.
