Issue/Introduction

Installation of ITAM RU19 patch failed in the post-installation steps

Environment

Release : 17.3

Resolution

We discovered a permission issue that only affected installaton of the AMS module. 

We also discovered that the permission issue had something to do with executing the installer from the D: drive.  When we copied to the C: drive and executed from there it worked.

Customer's security person thinks the MSI was getting blocked by an MS tool called Attack Surface Reduction.  The file was a DLL called CustomAction.dll.
