Decommissioned IP's are Getting discovered Automatically

Issue/Introduction

Due to physical movement in data center, servers are getting assigned to new IP.  But old IP's are getting discovered automatically. Even if we remove the old IP from the database.

Release: 20.4

Resolution

• You were previously deleting the devices directly from the database from which they came back instantly.
• Instead, the recommended way to delete is from the OC inventory page, then select the 3 dots (ellipses) on the top right and uncheck the Prevent rediscovery.
