Issue/Introduction

We are attempting to migrate timesheets to MUX and we have a process that generates AI for PM and RMs to action but when they go to My Workspace->Action Items it is taking long time to data to appear.

Steps to Reproduce:
Pre-requisites:
Identify a large system with 100k+ action items 

  1. Login to Clarity MUX --> My Workspace --> Action Items module
  2. Click on Open, Closed or Pending Action Items 
  3. Notice the time it takes to get data back.

Expected Results: It should return AIs quickly

Actual Results: Opening of results takes over 30 seconds
