Issue/Introduction

When creating or loading a summary report (single or double summary), clicking on one column of the report to change the sort order works.
Any attempt to switch the sorting to another column then fails, the report reloads again being sorted by the previously selected column.

Environment

Release : 16.0 MP1, 16.0 MP1 HF1

Resolution

This has been fixed in 16.0 RU1 and 16.1.
Upgrade to either 16.0 RU1, 16.0 RU2, or 16.1.

Additional Information

If you cannot upgrade, then the interim workaround is as follows:

  1. Select the desired column when changing the sorting.
  2. Manually alter the end of the long "filter" URL for the page.
  3. For example, when you sort by Matches, the URL ends with:
    summaryOrderBy=matches,ASC
    You can replace "matches" by "total":
    summaryOrderBy=total,ASC
  4. This will reload the report sorted by Total incidents. You can do the same with: high, med, low, info.
