Reports summarized by Status fail to return incidents.

Issue/Introduction

When creating a double Summarize By report by Status (first) and any other variable (second), clicking on any line item of the double summary report (either the first level 'Status' or any line of the second level variable), the corresponding incidents list generated comes up empty.

Cause

The Status filter is incorrectly defined as 'Status: Equals <ID>' and inoperative (in the Quick Filters left section, Status is Equals to <no radio button selected>).

Since the incidents list report is generated from a summary report line item (that represents at least 1 incident), it can be fairly obvious to the end-user that the incidents list report is wrong (this misbehaviour is happening silently).
