Issue/Introduction
After upgrading to EINE V19.0, the list element function is not working.
Getting this error:

In the EINE Server task see these ENA$NDV1 messages and APS0032S error with the API LELQ function:
+ENA$NDV1 - THE RESPONSE STRUCTURE HEADER IS INVALID RC=00020 RE=00032
+ENA$NDV1 - RESPONSE HEADER FIELD IN ERROR: LEN
and
