Issue/Introduction

Error message when trying to transfer a file from a Unix ( AIX ) 12.3.8 Agent to an Agent Group containing 2 Unix ( AIX ) 21.0.7 Agents.

The transfer ends in:
FAULT_OTHER - Start impossible. Other error.

with following error message:
U00012135 FT '477792214': None of the active TLS gateways can successfully forward the file transfer. Task aborted.

Resolution

- The error message might be related to blocked ports. Please verify with your network team if the required ports are open. Below you will find documentation on which ports should be open for TLS communication.
