What types of services are detected by Audit.

Issue/Introduction
CloudSOC does not list all services in Audit.
Resolution
CloudSOC detects services based on the following criteria.
- It should be a SaaS application
- It should be a ShadowIT application (Where user does not create any account and is able to share files, data)
- Cloud Storage application i.e Box,DropBox etc
- Social Networking application Facebook,Twitter etc
If Audit does not list a particular SaaS service, you can now submit a request to have it reviewed by the CloudSOC research team who will decide if it should be added.
