Portfolio Item Copy App Doesn't Display Project Hierarchy

Issue/Introduction

When using the Portfolio Item Copy app and clicking the "Copy to Project" drop down the project list isn't displayed so users aren't able to use the app to copy portfolio items. 

Resolution

Go to the page where you have the Portfolio Item Copy app. Click the "Copy to Project" dropdown. While the drop down is open change the project you are scoped to view. This will populate the project you selected into the "Recent Projects" portion of the dropdown.
