What is frequency of WSS Agent Settings update?

I changed WSS Agent setting. When it will reflect for all WSS Agent users?

Resolution

If you change any policy on Cloud SWG portal and activate it, it is applied immediately to WSS Agent.
If you change wss agent setting on Cloud SWG portal, it gets updated when you 'reconnect' the WSS Agent or when there is re-connection after power cycle(reboot/suspend/hibernate). When you press 'reconnect' button on WSS Agent, it makes wss settings update request to our cloud traffic controller(ctc). CTC responds with nearest 3 data center list and updated WSS Agent settings.
WSS Agent keeps on checking connection with data center every 15 minutes with the connected data center. So, the settings will be effective when the next sync done within 15 minutes. If you want it be effective immediately, please click 'reconnect' button.
