Error login LDAP Users

Issue/Introduction

I have done the integration between LDAP and APM, but it is only allowing me to access with the user that was used for the integration.

When any other DA user tries to log in, this error appears:

[INFO] [PO:main Mailman 4] [Manager.UserManagementService] "xxxxxxxx" Failed to login from host "Node=<workstation>, Address=<hostname>/#.#.#.#:57345, Type=socket"

 

 

 

 

Environment

Release: 10.8

Resolution

• Edit the realms.xml file and use LDAP port 3268 instead of LDAP port 389
• After restarting the APM services, customer was able to login with both the working and non-working users.
